The Operational Art of War 1 & 2 (TOAW) are probably the best wargames on the market right now. They are made by Talonsoft. TOAW 1 can simulate military operations between the years 1939 and 1955 but it can be used for much earlier periods, like my Finnish Civil War Scenario! TOAW 2 is for modern operations like Vietnam and Kosovo. Or why not a Russian Invasion of Finland in 1999?
