Battery Switch:
0 = Printer is powered from the power supply. Battery is recharged.
    If the battery is completely empty Power and Error will flash.
1=  Printer is powered from the battery. Battery is not recharged.

DIP switches: (Default = All OFF)
1: Sheetfeeder ON=installed, OFF=not installed
2: Graphics resolution ON=low, OFF=high
3: Auto Linefeed ON=(LF=CR+LF), OFF=(LF=LF)
4: Page length ON=305mm(12"), OFF=279mm(11")
5: CharacterSet ON=No2, OFF=No1 (No1 has controlcodes at 128-159)
6: Auto CR ON=(CR=LF+CR), OFF=(CR=CR)
7: Allow 24pin-commands(APA) ON=Yes, OFF=No
8: RAM usage ON=For downloading fonts, OFF=Buffer
9: CharacterSet ON=850, OFF=437
10: Emulation ON=BJ130e, OFF=IBM X24E

Choose typeface:
While on-line, press Online and Pitch (3 beeps, Online flashes).
Then press Pitch a number of times to select typeface, end with LF/FF.
Number of times to press Pitch:
1 = Bold on/off
2 = Double height on/off
3 = Double width on/off
4 = striked out zero (0) on/off
5 = not used
6 = Reset printer
7 = Back to default values

Choose CPI:
While off-line, press pitch to select 10,12,17 or proportional spacing.

Test page:
Press LF/FF while power-on. Alt, press Pitch while power-on.

Hex-Dump-Mode: Press LF/FF and Pitch while power-on. Press OnLine
to force printout when buffer is not completely filled. Or wait 5 sec.

Clean printer head:
While on-line, press FOW ADJ and REV ADJ at the same time.
Then press LF/FF within 1.5 sec for a test printout.

Errors:
Flashing Power-LED: The battery is almost empty. Press OnLine to continue.
Power lighted. OnLine,Error flashes. 3 beeps: Error in ROM.
Power lighted. OnLine flashes. 5 beeps: Error in RAM.
Power,Error flashes. No beeps: Battery cannot be recharged.
