STAR LC-10 Matrixprinter 9-pin.

- The printer can emulate Epson LX-800 or IBM Proprinter II.

- Built-in typefaces are Courier, Sanserif, Orator, Elite and Pica. They all
  have the same pointsize, except Orator which is 1 point taller. Most of
  them can be printed in Bold, Italic, Condensed, NLQ and proportional
  spacing. In IBM-mode some modes and typefaces are not available.

- If NLQTypeStyle-button is pressed during power-on then typefaces can
  only be changed manually, not by software. If PrintPitch is pressed 
  the same goes for pitch (character width).

- For a short self-test-printout, press OnLine during power-on. For a
  longer printout, press PaperFeed instead. The printout is different
  in IBM- and Standard-mode. Press noth PrintPitch and Paperfeed during
  power-on to put the printer in hex-dump-mode.

- Other possibilities (while the printer is off line):
  Paperfeed+OnLine = FormFeed, NLQ+OnLine = This is top-of-page
  OnLine+PaperFeed = Microlinefeed, NLQ+PrintPitch = This is left margin
  NLQ+PaperFeed = This is right margin
  PrintPitch+OnLine+PaperFeed (3seconds) = Reset buffer memory.

- To insert a single sheet: Power-on, insert paper gently, push the
  controlstick to feed the paper, pull the controlstick back again.
  Now the paper is inserted with 6 lines of top margin.

- To print a single sheet yet normally printing on continous paper:
  Put the printer off-line, tear of the paper, press PrintPitch and
  PaperFeed. The continous paper is now beeing reverse feeded just right
  for you to insert single sheets.

- The distance between printer-head and paper is controlled by a small stick
  on the left side of the rubber-roller.

- DIP-switches are somewhere under the hood. The printer must be powered
  off-on for changes to apply.
