As a temporary fix to the bloodlack-death-bug, characters that are being
fought in melee can't bloodlack anymore. They can bloodlack if their
opponents disengage before dealing the death blow.

Mobdeath won't occur anymore if the mobile that delivered the killing blow
was 'assisted' by a player.
