Match one: Wigström x 2 vs Varnäs & Palm
A very good start for Varnäs and Palm, but the Wigströms played a completely faultless croquet the last three hoops and won the game quite easy.
Both Bergsten and Varnaes had some difficulties at the second hoop. But when Varnaes at last went through the second hoop he began to an excelent play and Varnaes and Palm succeded to win the game.
Match three: Bergsten & Kratz vs Wigstroem x 2
Bergsten and Kratz won after a quite tough play, though Niclas Wigstroem managed to peg out.
So the winning team was the Wigstroem brothers. Andreas E Wigstroem was announced as the best player at the Short Croquet Spring Tour 1996.
